SAN FRANCISCO, CA — You get 50 minutes a week with your therapist. You live the other 167 hours on your own. By the time you're in the room, the parts that mattered most have slipped away — or you just can't find the words for them.
Lisner closes that gap. It's a voice companion you can talk to the moment a thought happens. You speak; it captures and sorts what you said. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it. When you do, your therapist sees what changed before your next session. Not a tracker. Not a monitor. A confidant. A listener.
The one you tell the real things to — at 2 AM, in the parked car, mid-spiral. It remembers everything and judges none of it, so when you sit down to talk, you're not starting from a blank page.
"I had one of the worst weeks of my life. I walked into my next session with so much to say — and froze. Talking with friends in the neurodivergent community, I saw how common that is. I built Lisner for people like us."
Ash Tripathi — Founder, Lisner
Tap once and talk, the moment a thought lands. No forms. No homework.
Your words stay with you. Private by design — never sold, never shared without you.
Share what you want with your therapist. You decide what, and when.
You shouldn't have to piece your hardest week back together from memory. Lisner holds the thread, so you arrive with context instead of a blank page.
For neurodivergent and overwhelmed minds, the gap between feeling something and finding the words can be huge. Lisner meets you in the moment, in your own voice.
Your words stay on your phone. HIPAA-compliant, and shared only when you choose. Your data, your rules.
Your therapist walks in already knowing what changed — patterns, not paperwork. The 50 minutes go further.
Lisner was founded by Ash Tripathi, a product leader who has spent his career building consumer technology. After one of the hardest weeks of his life, he sat down with his therapist with so much to say — and couldn't find a single word.
Talking with friends in the neurodivergent community, he found how common that is: the moments that matter most rarely make it to the room. He built Lisner for people like them — a confidant that listens in the in-between, so no one has to walk in empty-handed again. The iOS app is live on the App Store, with Android and a therapist view in the works.
"The thoughts that matter most never make it to the room. Lisner's whole job is to make sure they do."

Lisner, from Vira Holdings, Inc., is a voice-first mental-health companion — a confidant for the 167 hours between therapy sessions. It captures the moments that would otherwise be lost and lets you share them with your therapist if you choose. Lisner is HIPAA-compliant and a member of NVIDIA Inception. Lisner is not a crisis service or a medical device; if you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or 911.
